Ricky Arora, RMT. His background in weight lifting, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and computer science shapes how he treats: practical, focused, and based on how your body actually moves.

Ricky works with a lot of tight backs, necks, shoulders, hips, and gym-related tension. Sessions often include deep tissue massage, trigger point work, sports massage techniques, and focused work on the areas that keep locking up or feeling overworked.

You will also get simple stretch or mobility suggestions when they make sense. Nothing complicated. Just practical things you can actually use between sessions to keep your neck, back, shoulders, hips, or legs moving better.

If you are nervous about pressure, pain, or not knowing what to ask for, that is normal. You can speak up at any point. Pressure, pace, focus areas, trigger point work, and cupping are always your call.

Diego Azizi reflects on the tumultuous journey that shaped the very core of who he is today. Escaping Afghanistan’s Soviet war at just 3 years old, he crossed treacherous mountains with no food or water for weeks to reach safety in India—those early challenges laid the foundation of his resilience. Adapting to new cultures and languages became the norm, navigating unfamiliar territories by the age of 7 in France, immersing in soccer leagues, and embracing school. By age 10, Canada became his new home, marking the beginning of a new chapter. Yet, amidst constant change, one thing remained constant—fearlessness. Every hardship, every hurdle only fueled his determination to rise. This traumatic upbringing sculpted his character, teaching him to confront adversity head-on, fearlessly.

Diego Azizi became a personal trainer in 2006, competing in numerous bodybuilding federations where he consistently placed first. He delved into wrestling and showcased his expertise by publishing articles in reputable magazines such as Reps Magazine, Muscle Tech, Maximum Fitness, and more. His multifaceted talents extended to the entertainment industry, where he played roles in several movies, featured on Daytime Television, and appeared on South Asian TV. Diego’s journey also led him to travel to different parts of the world for modeling, further enriching his experiences. Today, Diego Azizi stands tall, carrying the lessons of his journey—resilience, fearlessness, and an unwavering belief that hardships shape individuals into the strongest versions of themselves.

She is a member of the Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine. In 2011, Tahmina graduated in Emergency Services with Honours and immediately landed herself a job with Southlake Regional Health Centre. She often witnessed patients coming into the hospital for medical care of many different problems such as fibromyalgia, chronic pains, trauma from birth and much more.

In 2014, Tahmina completed her certification as a Certified Personal Trainer. Once again, Tahmina observed that the majority of her clients were coming in with a variety of complaints. She found herself reading and researching ways to try and further help their conditions. It was at this point that Tahmina decided to advance her education in Osteopathy and Massage Therapy. She successfully graduated from both programs allowing her a firm understanding of the human anatomy and physiology. While Tahmina treated her patients, she discovered that the body has an interrelated structural and functional system and by removing mechanical restrictions found in our joints, muscles, ligaments, visceral organs or fascia, the body is then in turn able to self regulate and promote healing.

Tahmina has treated conditions such as scoliosis, plantar fasciitis, TMJ disorder, chronic joint pain, and sports injury. Tahmina specializes in paediatric osteopathy focusing on infants/children suffering from plagiocephaly, tongue-tie, torticollis, colic and much more. “To find health should be the object of the practitioner, anyone can find disease”, Dr A.T.
